SUN FLOWERS

As the day breaks
Misty morning the sun is on the rise once again.
Out of the forest a clearing ahead
The red breast sings first the black bird behind.
The song thrush blast a tune ,the dove and pigeon give a whistle
The owl gives one last hoot to close the ears and open the eyes.
Singing sweet songs of melodies pure and true
As the bracken flicks past the face the mist has lifted
Behold the clearing a head is chocking with life
As I wipe away the spiders web and tear drop dew, forward I step with open arms to the greeting I have received.

A flower so tall and smile so bright as the light shines through the petals delight
It calls to me with joys of delight as to the sight that beholds me I step out in to the light
The arms of green foliage do beacon me forward
Take my hand to dance away the dark blues
Follow our moves from left and then right
Sway with us sway with us from morning to night
As the wild wind blows us our love for you grows
Oils and breads, pot purees for your bed our pips you can bite just save a few for our children are seedlings in the soil to lay.
So come play with me play with me my new born friend
